Fantastic company

Step change really helped me I was getting lots of debt letters which was causing me awful anxiety. Contacted step change they worked out how much I could afford to repay and contacted all my debters offering them all a set monthly amount. No more letters would definitely recommend. Transformed my life.

I was in despair after I discovered my husband, who had developed dementia, had not been paying his credit card bills and therefore racked up a huge debt with charges and interest. After struggling on my own for some time I went to StepChange and they were FANTASTIC - they assured me that we could create a debt management plan together, ‘please don’t worry’ they repeated. The DMP was achieved speedily and has been in place now for 8 months working seamlessly. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to StepChange, they have transformed my life. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020
