Always there to listen.

Amazing and helpful

Excellent to use

I have used Step Change and they get you on the correct path to sort out your problems. They don’t push you into a plan that won’t work for you. The staff talk to you in a friendly way and don’t talk down to you or say how silly you are all in all Step Change put you at ease and work with you and keep you up to date all the way through setting up your plan. Empathetic orginisation!!

I don't know where we would of been today if we hadn't found Stepchange! The staff are empathetic understanding and listen to your individual needs and advise you according to your circumstances. Everybody's personal finances are personal to you and I feel that I was able to listen to helpful and guided advice from the team. I have found that I have now organised my finances in a better arrangement which is affordable to each individual household. I couldn't of asked for any better support than what I have already received so far and ongoing support into the rest of our time with Stepchange. I would definately recommend speaking to them if you are struggling and needing help straight away I am so glad that I did this, and I would recommend them to friends and family and anyone else that is needing the guidance & support that I receive from them. Help needed when was not sure what to do

I had run into debt after losing my job of 20 years and was being in an income but not to what I was used too. Approached Step Change for advice and they were amazing and so caring. No judging just help which is what I needed x Reviewed on: 8th July 2020

My debt management at ease
