Amazing Service

I was so nervous about contacting step change to help me with my debts. Ever since I made that first phone call to start my debt management plan I have had such a big weight lifted off my shoulders. Every member or staff I have spoken to have been helpful and understanding. I was always one of these people who would rather ignore the debts than get them sorted. I also feel the budget review helps in the long term of how to manage your money moving forward. I am One month from being debt free and I never thought I would ever be in this situation 2 years ago when I first reached out to step change. Life saver

I had debts mounting up and there was no way I could afford to pay them all back I had bailiffs knocking on my door. Great Debt support Advice

Very very helpful and eased all my worry about debts

They have been so helpful and helped me arrange easier payments for me to pay my outstanding debts which arrived after my husband died. Also I did have a small hiccup when my household bills were increased but they Sorted it all out. Step Change gave me my life back

We were at the point where our debts were all I could think about, and I couldn't see a way out, when I called StepChange. They helped us to work out a budget and suggested a debt management plan.
