Brilliant service

The first step to be debt free.

I accrued thousands in debt and due to my Financial situation changing I started to struggle to pay my obligations. Step Change were very understanding and helped me choose a solution to satisfy my debts. I’m in a debt management plan and it makes it very simple, one direct debits a month, and no more stress. Never fear debt, there’s always a solution, and I believe Step Change is the best choice. I’ve used Step Change for three years, and so far their methods have helped me pay back £3500 out of £9800. Incredible charity.

Just under 5 years ago I admitted defeat with walking my tightrope that was my finances. One of my friends put me in touch with StepChange, having used them for their own debt advice. I haven't looked back since. From the first contact to the last they have always really approachable, easy to talk to, brilliant at helping however desperate and confusing the situation appears. The website is fantastic, with tools to help in the long term as well as during your crisis, the colour and font used is ideal, as is the way it is laid out. The fact that StepChange regularly get mentioned in the House of Commons, and no other debt organisation does, tells its own story. They really should be funded, not charitable, however the fact that they are a registered charity makes the service they provide so much more impressive. Stepchange have simply changed my life and I really hope that they win this award, I will always remember what an impact they had on the way I see myself. Thank you just isn't enough. Got me debt free!
