Professional, non-judgemental, supportive

I cannot begin to put into mere words what I owe to StepChange - without their support & empathetic help I think honestly I was on the brink of ending it all... I know it was me that was running up debts & I was hiding it from everyone .. then one night when I was unable to sleep I came across StepChange and from that moment when I reached out to them I felt liberated, and believed I would be able to face up to my debts - thank you so very much ....you definitely deserve to win this award. Fantastic service

I was having sleepless nights due to being in debt because of my ex husband....Stepchange have been amazing with me through the whole process. It was THE best phonecall I have ever made. Worry Free

Since i contacted Step Change in May 2019 my life changed. I was constantly dreading knocks on my door or post delivered. Glad i took the plunge and got in touch with thhem. The advisor took his time going through my debts. In the end a plan was sorted out for me and now with just one monthly payment my debts are all going down.
