Life saver

Had a lot of debt about 9 years ago. Stepchange sorted it all out. Made regular payments. No pressure lovely staff. Now paid off 8 creditors and 1 left to go. Defo recommend them. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021

StepChange has helped us get our life back! Customer service is always extremely helpful, non-judgmental and very knowledgable hence, able to resolve any query instantly literally from day 1 (on DMP for the past 2 years) We honestly don’t know where we would be now without StepChange! Yes we are still in debt and all our disposable income is spent on debt but with StepChange we are no longer alone, trying to tackle many creditors ourselves! We feel very grateful and will never be able to thank StepChange enough for all the hard work, care and commitment. We just wish we sought support sooner and weren’t afraid to make that first call.
