professional and caring.

I was getting chased for money I could not pay and I learned of stepchange,and rang them and they sorted out my debts in a professional and caring way and were not judgemental of how I had got into debt, but showed me how to clear all my debts and got in touch with all my creditors and got them to accept a reasonable payments to them that I could afford and that helped me a lot so much so I had 9 debts to clear at first but now I have only 1 now which I will clear in July, and then I will be debt free, so without stepchange I would never had achieved this and I have no words that could thank them enough for how they got me out of a situation that I would never been able to clear my debts on my own so a big thank you to them. I was overwhelmed with debts and did not know how to go about help I went online and saw step change, I rang them up to see how they could help, they were so knowledgeable and made me feel calmer regarding the debts I had.We went through a solution that was an affordable payment each month this was wonderful. Amazing staff and always helping.

Ive had the best experience with stepchange so far.

Highly recommended

As a single mum on maternity leave I was unable to keep up with my credit card repayments. It was for the first time in my life I got into such a difficult financial situation and not being able to work for a while I didn't see a way out of the mess. I'm now on a debt repayment plan with StepChange and I can just say I highly recommend anybody struggling financially to get in touch with them.
