Step Change review

Step Change have helped me with budgeting and organising repayments. I’m finding it difficult to monitor by outstanding credit card balances as some lenders are transferring debts to other debt agencies. I was so overwhelmed and feeling really stressed as I just couldn’t afford to pay all my debts each month. I was borrowing from family and having to pay them back each month when I got paid, but was stuck in this cycle for over a year before someone suggested I contact Stepchange. Setting up the payment plan was easy because the people you speak to are so helpful and offer great advice about how you can budget to make payments and still have money to live. StepChange Helped Me Breathe Again

StepChange has really helped me get back on top of my finances. Things are still a bit tight, but I no longer have to make large payments I can’t afford, which is a huge relief. There were a few delays at the start due to missing reference numbers, and I did have to chase things up a bit. However, overall the service was helpful and well-handled. I’d recommend them to anyone struggling with debt. Their guidance gave me a sense of direction during a stressful time, and I finally feel like I can breathe again financially.
