Having never been in a situation requiring this kind of support, Stepchange without a shadow of a doubt have taken the stress and pressures of dealing with debt. Offering support, providing plans to accomodate your needs so that your situation is controlled and your wellbeing doesn't deteriorate any further. Kind, Empathetic, Thorough, but most of all, Non-Judgemental

I think, my review title just about sums it up..... The lady I spoke with, Sally, was lovely and made me feel at ease. I had put off asking for help because I had been so embarrassed that I had put myself in this position.
