A friend told me about step change I was so worried about my dept paying out more than I could I wouldn't no what I would of done without there help its Excellent service allows me to carry on without that worry . Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

Always accessible with user friendly and relevant advice.

I'm about halfway through a debt management plan arranged by Step Change which has been handled very well and given me much peace of mind. I would say to anybody with serious debt problems - don't hesitate, get in touch with Step Change and start your road to recovery. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

Changed my life for the best

I didnt know where to turn and my sister told me to contact you and your adviser was so understanding. I felt so ashamed of getting into so much debt and didnt know where to turn. Stepchange turned my life around and I thank them every day of my life, for making me life worry free and liveable once more. A FEELING OF BEING 'ON SIDE'

ALTHOUGH YOU ARE MEDIATORS - I HAVE VERY RARELY BEEN MADE TO FEEL BAD. MOSTLY YOU COME FROM A PLACE OF INSTILLING RESPONSIBILITY AND BEING PROACTIVE. I DON'T BELIEVE THAT ANYONE WOULD PURPOSELY CHOOSE DEBT - OFTEN IT IS LIFE CIRCUMSTANCES. STEP CHANGE SERVES A NECESSARY PURPOSE AND I AM PLEASED FOR THAT. 100 YEARS AGO, YOU WOULD BE THROWN IN PRISON! Relief from burden of debt

Very Helpful and professional

Step Change are able to guide you through the complexities of dealing with your creditors in a helpful and professional manner. Dealing with creditors individually is a painful and humiliating experience and when the reason you get into bad debt is the result of rogue architects and building companies and no one else is interested in providing any assistance it definitely helps to contact Step Change and allow them to provide assistance. Can relax without Creditors knocking on your door

Amazing service and stress free

From the very beginning the service has been fantastic. When you first speak to a member of staff you are instantly put at ease and all you really worries disappear. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. They made the whole experience a lot easier. I absolutely hate making phone calls however knowing that I’m guaranteed a friendly and non judgmental person on the end of the phone has taken away the stress for me completely.
