Amazing service and stress free

From the very beginning the service has been fantastic. When you first speak to a member of staff you are instantly put at ease and all you really worries disappear. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. They made the whole experience a lot easier. I absolutely hate making phone calls however knowing that I’m guaranteed a friendly and non judgmental person on the end of the phone has taken away the stress for me completely. Great help

They saved my bacon

I was young when I got myself into debt due to an abusive relationship. I didn't realise what had happened and what it'd mean for my future until way too late to stop it. I feared for my house. I feared for my future but StepChange made everything better. They spoke to me at great length about how I could deal with my financial difficulties and it really made a difference. I've been on a plan with them now for about 4 years and they are always wonderful if I phone them to discuss something and they are incredibly understanding of changing circumstances. Cant recommend enough

The team at stepchange give the most incredible support & guidance. What they offer is more than just a service they take people who are in dire financial situations & help them to get back on their feet. So easy to deal with

Saved my Sanity
