So friendly and understanding

After coming to the realisation I was not able to service my debt any longer I knew I needed help. This was very scary and worrying and after finally getting up the courage to call I found that the Step Change representative was completely understanding, very calm and helpful and most importantly supportive and reassuring. Stepchange have been nothing short of everything I was looking and hoping for. I got myself in financial trouble due to the everyday problems we all go through. They were great. No judgement on why or how you got yourself into the station you were in, just sensible advice. And above all help. Don't leave it and dwell on things. Call them and sort it out. My lifeline

When I got into debt and started struggling with money, I was recommended Step change, I did it all online and was able to pay back my debt with an amount I could afford. Most recently I have spoken to step change staff who have most likely been working from home and have had so much support, through out the last few months. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020
