Vital first step

They were brilliant from the first contact. I was totally embarrassed at having to use them but they made me feel as if this was the first step to ending my debt. Less stress now.

My journey with Stepchange was fairly easy & i was able to speak with an advisor if I didnt understand anything. Im so glad I took the step to getting my financial affairs into perspective & not getting phone calls & letters from my debtors which was very worrying. They absolutely changed my life

Before I was told about step change or CCCS as it was, I was absolutely terrified of letters, phone calls or even a knock on the door. My neighbour told me about CCCS. They were absolutely brilliant, there was no judgement, just someone who was there to help. I cannot thank them enough,. Without sounding over dramatic, they do actually save lives.
