Step change made the difference

I was in complete despair about my my debt. Step change made the difference. The advisors are brilliant and talked me through the options to reduce my debt. I now have a Debt Management Plan which is easy to keep track of online. If I have any worries or questions, I just call the advisors and they are always really helpful. It’s a working progress

We are still working towards the end goal but from the moment we set out our journey with step change, it’s has been smooth. The level of worry and stress has been greatly reduced and it’s great seeing each month the money we are paying of our debts bring the total down. Still got a fair way to go but life feels calmer and we are no longer having to cut out on things like heating or food to afford other bills. Everything gets the attention it needs. From the first time of contacting Stepchange they had taken away the pressure of how to deal with my deals, the process was simple and after going through all my debts I felt reassured by Stepchange and their plan into how to deal with creditors and what they will do to help.
