It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Less stress now.

My journey with Stepchange was fairly easy & i was able to speak with an advisor if I didnt understand anything. Im so glad I took the step to getting my financial affairs into perspective & not getting phone calls & letters from my debtors which was very worrying. They absolutely changed my life

Before I was told about step change or CCCS as it was, I was absolutely terrified of letters, phone calls or even a knock on the door. My neighbour told me about CCCS. They were absolutely brilliant, there was no judgement, just someone who was there to help. I cannot thank them enough,. Without sounding over dramatic, they do actually save lives.
