Really Helpful

I had just got out of a relationship and had credit cards taken out in my name Step-change made it easy and comfortable to start to tackle the debt and pay at a pace that worked for me. They afforded me a level of protection against the debt companies so its easier to get things sorted with extra pressure. Overall a great service. Reviewed on: 7th May 2026

Amazing organisation with amazing people

Stepchange have just been a lifeline for me. As someone who feels it’s a moral responsibility to repay debts I owe, I’ve gone down the Debt Management Plan route.
