Supportive and Caring

Stepchange is the understanding, none criticising option for anyone who has unfortunately fell into debt I would sure recommend them. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2021

Struggles are over.

I was struggling with debts which was impacting my mental health. Having contacted them I felt reassured that they would help me. Help came pretty fast and my anxieties got better knowing Step change was there taking care of things. Eventually they set up a debt relief order and I paid them a monthly fee that I could afford so they could pay off my debts. Overall, I don't know where I would be without them and I would say to anyone struggling with debts to phone them as soon as possible. Reviewed on: 7th May 2026

Budget plan

Phones are difficult to make contact.

Good except for adding or removing things. It always has to be made by phone, but the phones are always busy. I would like to make changes online and verification could be done by text to lighten the phone load. Reviewed on: 7th May 2026

Does Exactly What You Need.

Helped me transform nightmare into manageable situation. One of the most important things for me was that they are totally non-judgemental.
