Working hours cut.

My hours were cut from full time to a few hours a week. I was really worried about paying my credit cards. From October 2022, after my partner died, I tried to keep paying my Credit Cards, and Loans, but it was to much for me to cope with as the income had dropped a great deal, so after watching Martin Lewis on tv I decided to go to StepChange online, I filled in the form, hiding nothing and within about a week I received an email saying my Debt Repayment Plan was all set up, it reduced my repayments by £377 a month, StepChange did all the negotiating with my 10 creditors too, my first re[ayment was in February 2023, I still have just over 5 years to go but I also have peace of mind and know I will repay every penny I used / borrowed so will also have a clear conscience as well when I’m done, I was reckless with money for sure and will NEVER apply for another Credit Card or Loan when I’ve cleared my current debts…thank you StepChange…Brian. I have been with you service for over seven years up to now the help and support and your advice are phenomenal. With out the StepChange Debt advice I would not know how to deal with my debt and the amount of stress I have experienced over the time was overwhelming and shameful.
