Don't be afraid to call Stepchange for advice

I couldn't see a way out of my debt situation. Once I had the courage to call Stepchange they assured me I wasn't alone and offered me excellent advice on the options available to me to move forward. I was absolutely desperate when I went to StepChange...

I was absolutely desperate when I went to StepChange for help. Following my husband's death, I could no longer manages debts that we had in my name only, and I thought I was going to lose my home. They helped me to work out a realistic budget, which meant I did not have to go without and could cover all household bills, food shopping, etc, before making payment to my creditors.
