I was desperate in debt no way to pay them off and there are some companies you just don't want to deal with. Step change are professional, caring make sure you have funds to meet all the things you need then sort out what you can afford and they contact the companies involved and it removes a large weight from your shoulders and minds. Help is out there.

I needed help to sort my debts which were growing and I was worried about how I was going to manage them. Then I thankfully came across Stepchange and from the very first phone call to them my worries were eased. It was difficult to admit that I had got my finances in a mess but I didn't feel that I was being judged or criticised, I was reassured that help was there and in a no fuss way I was given a repayment plan and a final date when my I would be free of my debts. Stepchange took over all the correspondence etc with my creditors and we set up one monthly direct debit payment. Stepchange continue to support me and are always there for me if I need them. I highly recommend Stepchange and I am so thankful that I went to them for help, the services that they supply are life changing. Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. I was at my wits end with the debt mess I had got myself into. stepchange, change lives. I can only encourage people to call them when you are in despair as I was.
