The help I required was available quickly and provided without judgment. Step change have made a real difference to my financial state - The template is very easy to use recording income and out goings and showing an affordable Amount to pay each month. Once an amount is agreed They contact your debtors on your behalf and arrange a payment plan and a direct debit is set up to pay them directly. I would like to strongly recommend StepChange.

I would like to strongly recommend StepChange. I found myself in a very difficult situation few years ago not knowing what to do where to go no advice nothing. I was getting depressed and feeling like there is no help while I worked someone who came to my Work casually started talking to me about money situation to my surprise he did describe he himself had financial difficulties. I was surprised as I always valued this man as a very honest and successful man. I have expressed my fears about my finances and he told me what helped him was StepChange. I was surprised that he actually shared that with me but then I went on and started registering with StepChange. May I say all of the consultants and everyone I spoke to on Phone from StepChange were absolutely brilliant. I cannot say a bad word about the way they conducted themselves in the conversation and they’re sending my situation and being most helpful to adjust the payments and the budget I suppose at the beginning I was quite sceptical because I didn’t know where I was going with it but surely I have realised very quickly that I’m dealing with professional people who know what they are doing, I have been with StepChange now for a few years obviously I’m still paying my debt but I don’t feel fear anymore. I don’t feel scared anymore about money problems they are very respected company that will represent you and make sure everything is correct. It took off so much from my worries. I am now monthly paying what I can afford and no one is chasing me. I’m not getting any letters from creditors nothing absolutely recommending them to anyone who is struggling financially and is fighting themselves in a heart situation.
