Step Change reassured me there was a way out of debt.

I felt terrible fear and anxiety when i had to unexpectedly give up working to care for my husband. I had loans I expected to be able to pay off and felt guilty and almost criminal to be in a position where i could not afford to repay loans. Fantastic charity who helped me so much! The way they are always able to keep you grounded, and talk to you like an actual human and not just a number! The sense of relief that you have when they are helping you is second to none! They also deal with the creditors and keep you updated every step of the way.
