I was in a relationship where a partner took out loans and credit cards in my name without me knowing, I felt I was trapped with no way out, I moved into a house share and eventually my own little flat due to the help from step change for managing payments, it helped and made me feel like there was a light at the end of the tunnel. The staff members I have spoken to have always been extremely kind and helpful and I couldn’t ask for more, I’m due to pay everything off this August and I can’t wait to be free, using step change saved my life from feeling like I was drowning and not knowing a way out, I’m so grateful that there are options like this out there and I just wish this hadn’t happened in the first place but Stepchange helped me feel in charge and not like everything was so out of control. StepChange taking your debt worries away

I have dealt with StepChange for a number of years and I have found them to be so caring about your plight, and they take all the stress and worries away. The way they deal with your debt makes you feel that you have someone there for you and you can give them a call if you start to have problems fulfilling your agreement and they will deal with the companies to come to a reduced arrangement within reason, but you are never left struggling and you can carry on your life with one less worry with StepChange involved.
