It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I was so upset and stressed over debt but stepchange helped so much. I have been with step change for 2 years and predicted to finish in 2 years. They make it very easy, customer service have been fantastic but I’ve only had to call up once. Stress has been lifted and direct debit comes out monthly on time which helps. Quick, efficient and totally free

Fantastic

I was in debt and struggling both financially and mentally. After contacting StepChange, they talked through everything and came up with the best option for me. They contacted my creditors on my behalf and successfully negotiated manageable monthly payments on my behalf. I pay StepChange one monthly payment and they pay my creditors. This has also stopped the never ending letters and phone calls from creditors. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with debt. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
