Retaking control

You've come to the end of your tether, swamped by red letters and final notices. So phone StepChange - one of the best half hours of your life. They sort out what you spend on what, what you owe, what you can afford to pay back after allowances are made for the amount you need to live on. Then they sort out the repayments (through them) and companies listen to them whereas they wouldn't listen to you, because they have standing. And the best bit (apart from the relief of finally doing something positive about things) is that they're a charity and won't charge you a penny. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2017

They gave me peace of mind.

Step change the best debt management company ever

I have been with stepchange for years now. I’m still paying off debts I had from many years ago but they have been so supportive over the years offering good advice and help submitting my management plan on a yearly basis. I no longer have the awful anxiety and depression that originally presented when I found myself in difficulty trying to pay back debts. They help me manage my finances which has taken away the dread I used to feel.
