Due to unforseen circumstances this is the 2nd time ive used stepchange I found the customer service team very helpful and knowledgeable and they explained every step I needed to take and everything went smoothly. Calling Step Change changed my life.

Calling Step Change changed my life. I was crumbling under mounting debt, out of options and full of shame. I waited almost a year to call them out of fear and embarrassment, but wish I'd done it sooner. The team of advisors are kind, reassuring and completely non-judgemental. Worry gone!
