It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. From despair to success!

I was despairing about my debt and at the end of my tether with trying to manage it on my own. I felt I didn't have anyone to turn to for help and I was embarrassed to ask. Then I heard about StepChange.. I made a phone call, it was sympathetically answered and I was guided through the process, by a very patient person. A great weight was lifted when StepChange took over the situation for me. They kept me updated and informed all the way. Any queries were handled positively. 5 years on and I'm debt free!
