..Excellent debt management company

Well from day one they have listened to me firstly , secondly they explained their options for me and gave me time to think it over . Once I gave them the route I would like to take they made sure it was what I wanted to do, then we got straight to it . Now I am ill I can't always spk properly or type so it's hard for me to do the reviews they have been so paitient and understanding with me . Non judgemental sound advice

I was seeking debt advice and from the first moment i was not judged and given advice on what to do/expect. Given options to suit my needs. Advised on what happens all throughout the process of entering a debt management plan. Given advice when phoning with concerns about letters received from creditors. My experience with StepChange began just over2 years...

My experience with StepChange began just over2 years ago, I'd gotten myself into serious trouble maxing out 2 credit cards and running up a sizeable overdraft with my bank which had left me over £15,000 in debt. Ironically it was a letter from one of my creditors that first brought StepChange to my attention and I'm really happy it did. This wasn't an easy way out or a promise to write off my debts but rather a means to consolidate and manage repayment in an affordabe way . StepCnge helped me to create a detailed report of all my outgoings and contacted all my creditors , on my behalf, with a repayment plan based on what I coula afford. It is such a weight off your mind knowing you have such a profesisonal organisation in your corner and although it hasn't always been easy and I still have over a year to go to be totally debt free, I think deciding to use StepChange was one of the best decisions I ever made.
