It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Very pleased I decided to reach out to Step Change

I am very pleased I decided to reach out to Step Change for help with my debts. The process took a little while to complete to allow them to do all their checks and work out a monthly plan that would work best for me. However it was completely worth it and I feel so much better knowing I now have a monthly plan set up to cover all my debts. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
