It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Helped me get out of debt for free! Absolutely amazing charity who give you no judgement when you contact them either. Managed to get me a successful plan, I am now 1 month from being debt free. Paused all my interest on my accounts and set up affordable monthly payments reviewed periodically to ensure they were still affordable. Life changing.

when I originally got in touch with step-change I was feeling at my lowest ebb,quite desperate,dangerously depressed.I cannot explain just how much they calmed the situation down,non judgementally sorted my finances out,and gave me back the ability to sleep.I can check my details online,keep in touch easily.I would certainly recommend them to others who are in my position.
