I was in a terrible state both mentally and financially and didn't know what to do about either! A friend of mine recommended contacting Stepchange and it was the best thing I ever did, they contacted all my creditor's and arranged an affordable action plan to pay them back, they take a payment once a month and pay my creditors which has taken a huge weight off of my shoulders, their advice has been brilliant and the website is very user friendly so I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is struggling with debt Reviewed on: 15th May 2024

Life saving support

StepChange have been amazing support in helping me deal with my debts after my circumstances changed and I was unable to keep up with payments. Whilst setting up my debt management plan, the customer service team were amazing, very understanding, informative and offered great advice. Best dept management available

Very easy to use website and simple clear instructions of the process. Extremely helpful advice and takes a lot of stress out of the whole procedure. That it is a free service is astounding as so many companies charge for debt management plans and actions. Selfless, helpful and effective debt management.
