Cannot praise them highly enough.

Knowing that Stepchange was at the end of the phone with help and advice without judging helped me sort out my life as well as downpay my debts. They acted as a buffer between me and my creditors. Sunshine on a rainy day.

When I felt I was in the depths of financial despair, I was advised to contact Step Change. From the first phone call to them, I was reassured that everything would be alright. I was helped to form a payment plan that was agreeable to all parties concerned. I had to complete regular budget planners throughout my plan, which kept my disposable income realistic. The customer service received by Step Change was amazing all the way through. There was no judgement on my financial situation, and they really did help me to turn everything around.
