It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. 6 Years with StepChange....Highly Reccommended

Having been medically retired and left on UC, my out...

Having been medically retired and left on UC, my outgoings were now higher than my income. A call to Stepchange took so much pressure off, we worked out our budget and they dealt with our creditors to arrange payment plans. I was in debts of around 27000 stepchange has worked...

I was in debts of around 27000 stepchange has worked with me to set up a manageable budget and contacted each debtor and sorted out a manageable payment plan with them. I was using GW Financial previously but found out they were charging me a extra 4000 on top of my debts, stepchange is free so saved me money as well. Now I'm in about 14000 with one company paid off and 9 to go but I can finally see the light at the end if the tunnel using stepchange, they are friendly, professional and put my mind at ease, I could not have done it without them and being suicidal over it.
