The help we received from Stepchange was life changing. After years of struggling with mounting debts - the interest payments were crippling. Stepchange helped us to negotiate a repayment plan which enabled us to pay off our debts over a number of years. We are now debt free, I don't think we could have done it alone. I am very happy that i asked Step Change for help. They took on my case straight away and gave me a chance to breath. The only problem i have is that 3 credit card companies are still threatening me that i am not paying and it is affecting my credit rating monthly. Reviewed on: 5th May 2024
