It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Setting up my account with step change

I was very embarrassed when I first spoke to Step Change but I soon realised that there is a lot of people in the same predicament and was instantly put at ease and given a solution to solve my debt it was super easy to set up everything and do a payment plan without the worry of my debtors. They literally saved my financial skin!

They literally saved my financial skin, I am half way to being debt free and have a much better understanding of how to manage my finances because of Stepchange.
