It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Can't rate them highly enough!

After getting myself overwhelmed with debt and needing to find a way out, I contacted StepChange. I did it all online (you can call or do it all online), and was given sound advice and help i didn't even know was available. They arent pushy, giving you the best advice for your own circumstances, they don't push IVAs like some other companies do if that isn't right for you. And they are easy to contact if you need further help. Would highly recommend these people to anyone struggling with their finances! Could not recommend StepChange more highly
