From the very start, the lady I spoke to was clear, patient, and genuinely kind in explaining what would happen next. She made everything feel manageable when I was feeling completely overwhelmed. Stepchange have been amazing,they don't judge and have really helped me to budget to pay off my creditors ,with an affordable budget worked out they do all the hard work on your behalf and sort regular affordable payments to pay off your debts . without stepchange's help and advice I dread to think how I would have managed ,my debts are coming down and there's light at the end of the tunnel.Please if your are having problems with debt get in touch with them ,it will give you peace of mind and you'll sleep better without the constant worry.
