Peace of mind

A big relief

Having been with step change since 2021 .

Having been with step change since 2021 .Its been the best decision I have ever made .They have helped me take control of my debts and by paying them a payment each month which gets distributed to my creditors I know eventually that my debts will be paid off to have that knowledge of knowing that is a great comfort and a real stress relief. Great service .

Due to redundancy and a bereavement I found myself in financial difficulty. I didn’t know where to turn I was embarrassed to be in this situation and was in a very dark place. After contacting step change and receiving their help I am less anxious and feel that I can carry on knowing my debts are being sorted and no one is going to come knocking on my door.
