Retaking control

You've come to the end of your tether, swamped by red letters and final notices. So phone StepChange - one of the best half hours of your life. They sort out what you spend on what, what you owe, what you can afford to pay back after allowances are made for the amount you need to live on. Then they sort out the repayments (through them) and companies listen to them whereas they wouldn't listen to you, because they have standing. And the best bit (apart from the relief of finally doing something positive about things) is that they're a charity and won't charge you a penny. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2017

StepChange A life changet

I did not know what to expect on my 1st call I hadn’t fell behind in any payments, but I knew I would. I looked on line and StepChange caught my eye, I explained my position financially., and they talked me through it. I really believe StepChange saved my life, my daughter said to me mum I didn’t think you would be able to sort everything out I’m proud of you . Saved me from financial destruction, did not have clue where to go. They listened to my problems. Went through my finance made recommendations and put findings to Banks, Building Societies and other creditors. Negotiations made to stop interest and late payment charges. Agreed a much reduced monthly payment, allowing life to get back to normal. For their service they charge absolutely nothing, it’s Free. So professional as ways available to help and give advice on reviewing annual revisions. Don’t suffer with anxiety and stress. Let Step Change help you as they, helped me.
