From a feeling of deep despair to satisfaction

COVID sunk our finances into a deep hole of despair- the kind and helpful personal assistance from Stepchange assistants helped us work out a budget and presented us with a plan of action. Not only did this help us with peace of mind but for the first time in a long time we felt back in control. Over time there were considerate and helpful articles sent via email to help us with adjustments to our thinking and thus our spending habits. From £40k debts to zero

StepChange helped me go from debts in excess of £40k to a present with zero debts. They were supportive throughout the journey, answering any questions I had. Step Change changed everything for my future

I was in a terrible way when I first spoke to step change. My wife and I had just separated, I had an incredible amount of debt and I didn’t know where to turn. From Start To Finish, an easy process

Start To Finish, an easy process which takes into account all outsganding agreements/payments, assesses affordability and allows one monthly payment to nmbe set based on this. Step Change dealt withe the creditors and reduced my anxiety. Reviewed on: 25th May 2025
