Great service

I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders! They helped me create a monthly budget and a single payment towards my credit cards and loans. Stepchange closed my case and returned money which I had overpaid but still had debtors chasing me afterwards as the balances were not fully settled. However, very reliable and got me out of a lot of trouble. Really they are a life line. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

No judgement. Just help and understanding

We were going out of our minds worrying after a change in finances left us unable to meet our commitments. After being told about stepchange we phoned them and they have been non judgemental and helped immensely with my mental health. If anyone has worries financially, please don't let it ruin your life. Contact stepchange for support and help. Nobody wants to go through this kind of thing in their lives but the fact that these post covid times has left many of us in a much different situation and it's so wonderful to have this kind of assistance.
