It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

StepChange make managing my debts easy

StepChange helped me to set up a debt management plan, I make one payment to StepChange each month which they distribute between all my creditors. They provide a useful dashboard of all my creditors and how much I’ve paid and how much is outstanding. All of my creditors have accepted my DMP. StepChange take the stress out of my financial situation and are non judgemental. I can update details of my debts online or can speak to an advisor. I’m so grateful for StepChange.
