It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I would really recommend StepChange if you're struggling financially. They helped me manage my repayment budget and since they are a 'name' that company's recognise businesses seem happy to have them dealing as an intermediary on your behalf which offers some shielding from the stress caused by the negative culture or threats that some companies (Local councils, TV licensing...etc) persist with. It has taken something that was a worry and made it so its manageable and I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. No matter how big or small your debt is do contact them, they're fantastic!
