Amazingly helpful and reassuring.

I had to stop working due to many health problems, and was worried even more sick by my financial situation as a result. Step Change were so reassuring and helpful. They put my mind at ease, and have helped further during benefit changes due to government set backs. All members of staff had been so kind and well informed. If you don’t know where to turn here is the answer

When I contacted step changes I was at my whits end and couldn’t see a way out. I couldn’t afford food trying to keep up with debt payments, left to me after a failed relationship. I contacted step changes and the lady I spoke to was amazing I felt ashamed she reassured me. We got an affordable plan together the balifs stopped coming the debt letters and rising interest stopped. I have never missed a payment in 18 years and in August I will be debt free. honestly guys if you are in my position give them a ring, I honestly would have lost my home and possibly my life without their help. When I first realised I was in financial difficulty...

When I first realised I was in financial difficulty I looked for help and found Step Change. I can say how much they have changed my life .They took on board my circumstances and put a payment plan in force for me . I had huge credit card debts and I wanted to retire. This payment plan has secured my retirement and I will be debt free by Feb 26 . They dealt with my credit card companies and are there at the end of the phone or email. I wouldn't be where i am today if I hadn't taken a deep breath and called them . They didn't shame me unlike some of my card companies. I recommend them to anyone who has financial difficulties.
