Due to health i found myself struggling with my cumulative debts,trouble is ud been burying my head in the sand oh ego played a part as well.i found the agents extremly hellpfull and took a lot of pressure off me.im nearly a year in in a few months i mat be able to substantially pay more to them and clear my debts earlier.i cannot thank. From the very first interaction with Step Change I felt they really cared and wanted to help. They have helped me go from sleepless nights on how I was going to continue affording things to being able to see a way through. I wouldn’t be in the situation I’m in now if it wasn’t for the super friendly and helpful people on the other end of the phone at step change, calls sometimes can be up to an hour and after a long que on the phone it makes a big difference to talk to someone friendly and on your side Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
