It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I have been a Stepchange customer for many years, when I first contacted them I was vet overwhelmed and anxious, Stepchange took charge of everything they explained about what they could offer I picked a plan an they dealt with the rest, they are always there to reassure you and answer any questions you may have. I have nothing but praise for Stepchange

I have nothing but praise for all the people that work at Stepchange. They make a very stressful time bearable and they are kind and considerate. The company has a great ethos and helpslaisie with creditors to agree a payment that is affordable without making you destitute. They are always there to support and the communication is very good.
