No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Help when I had no-one to turn to

I was at a very difficult period of my life and didn't know where to turn. An internet search yielded StepChange and it couldn't have been easier to deal with them. Helpful, friendly and non-judgemental advisors who set up my plan. The phone lines are often busy but you do get monthly updates and an online portal to check your status. I contacted StepChange for support at the time that I had no hope of carrying on in life due to a huge debton me and couldn't find my way out. StepChange had made my life a meaningful one through their great support in managing my huge debt and dealing directly with my numerous Creditors. I got in touch with step change as I was made redund...

I got in touch with step change as I was made redundant and unable to pay my debts they went through all my debts and advised me to do a debt management plan which works well for me they send me my plan payments on a regular basis so I can see who and what amount to each creditors are paid and my balance owing they’ve also said if I need to add to it I can do which make things so much easier for me because some you totally forget about I’ve rung up in the past with questions I need answering and they’ve always answered and helped me throughout my journey I would recommend step change for anyone who finds themselves in the same situation that I’m in and it’s very easy to do Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
