i was in a bad place until i was told about stepchange

until i was told about stepchange i was tearing my hair out in debt & worry. i like so many found my self in untold debt and this stress was making me very ill. it was one of my creditors who told me about stepchange and how they might be able to help me, so i made contact with them and now they just take care of my debt on my behalf. its simple one payment to stepchange (that i can afford!!) they work out how much of that money goes to each creditor & they also send update letters to my creditors and deal with any other issues i might have. i can not thank Stepchange enough!!!!!!! they have brought me out of a very very dark place and having thos thoughts thats so many ppl get.. DONT SUFFER IN SILENCE, GET THE HELP YOU NEED! CONTACT STEPCHANGE AND SEE IF THEY TO CAN TURN YOUR LIFE AROUND!! they have for me!! thank you stepchange for all your hard work and devotion thus helping me slowly get my fault debt paid back to my creditors then easing the burden 'of hell' i found my self in. its a little bit of a pain in the bum to go through all your debt to a stranger over the phone BUT its crucial you do this so stepchange can help you FULLY! *** the sad fact is, if i hadnt reached out and was told about stepchange i might not be here now writing this review...!!*** DONT LEAVE IT! Step change really helped me find light at the end of the tunnel with my debts, the staff have always being very helpful, the first time I contacted them I rang feeling ashamed, by the time I finished my phonecall a plan was in place and I felt confident and as if a whole weight was lifted off my shoulders. I highly recommend their services, they are so helpful, non judgemental and look at solutions that are suitable for your individual circumstances. I am three quarters way through my debt management plan and really can't thanks them enough, I have been able to stick to the plan and manage my money very well. Thankyou!! Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

I have my life back!

You are not alone, there is helpith for a long time.

I had been struggling with debt for a long time. By 2017 enough was enough and I turned to StepChange for help. What a relief it was to finally admit to myself that I could not longer cope. A positive future awaits thanks to StepChange

StepChange have really helped us to manage and get a hold of our debt. We are half way through our DMP, and are so thankful for the help. I don’t think we could have achieved this progress on our own. We can now see a future where we will be debt free and in a better position to manage our finances going forward so that we don’t find ourselves in a similar position again. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

I was in 20k plus debt, borrowing off Peter to pay Paul, credit cards spiralling out of control and just in a really bad place, my credit cards just kept increasing my limit, so it was my fault as I kept thinking I'd get on top of it, just never happened. I found StepChange and they sorted it all out, gave me the help I needed in a few simple steps, now I'm paying an affordable repayment plan, all my creditors are being paid on time every month, and I feel a lot better, not stressed or worried about how to make ends meet. I know it will take time but it will be worth every minute, don't sit in silence in that big black hole, reach out and get the help from StepChange it will change your life and you will start to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
