Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

I would highly recommended Stepchange.

Initial review in Year One I didn't get much information about budgeting. But I was extremely grateful fir the service provided. At the end of my first year I had help from an amazing customer service representative, who explained a lot more and saved me a lot of money on my monthly payments. Step change , changed my life. The support I have received over the years to manage my debts has been exceptional. The non judgmental kind and friendly staff have always made me feel there is a solution but allowing me the autonomy to make choices.
