Credit card Debt from despair to solution !

Faced with £90K credit card debt with interest rates making repayment impossible as a result of business failed and self-employed. Went to Stepchange found on-line. I was in bad situation regarding finance.me and my wife were doing well financially before April 2020 till my wife been diagnosed with severe rheumatoid arthritis where I was only one working and our was at universitymy debt start accumulated.one point I don't what to do and how I will pay my bills.then one my friend advised me to call step change. Which I did.and these guys help me and still help me.i was getting threat letter from debt collectors.big thank you to the staff of step change. Life savers

When I got into debt 6 years ago I was so stressed and didn’t see a way out. I found out about step change on the internet and gave them a call. I was put at ease immediately and felt that they wanted to help me get back on the right track. They took all my worries away and came up with a repayment plan suitable to my situation at the time. Every time I wanted to change my budget or ask for a reduction in payments due to being out of work they were so helpful. I can’t recommend them enough, they saved my life so to speak. Contacted Stepchange after spending some considerable amount of time with spiralling debts, couldnt see a way out and it was starting to have a negative effect on mine and my families health, contacted Stepchange and they were very helpful and understanding , contacted the relevant companies after we completed the budget plans etc then got the appropriate scheme in place, highly recommended if you are struggling !!!! After years of stress and debt going nowhere due to interest payments eating up all of the money I was paying back, Stepchange has been life changing. They worked out a workable plan and contacted all of my creditors to arrange a freeze on interest. All my dealings with them have been supportive and friendly.
