Turn worry into relief!

I was really worried so i turned to Stepchange for advice. They helped me to plan a budget to pay only what i could afford. At first - probably through pride- i was a little over confident in what i could offer but this was re-assessed when i called them for help again. I finally admitted i needed help!!!

I was in denial about my debt but after getting the courage to say it outloud to someone who didn't know me, I instantly realised I had made the first step into sorting it out!! I have over the last few years spoken to a few different people and I have never once thought that I was being judged or made to feel bad. I am nearly debt free and it is well done to me but a massive thank you to everyone that has helped along the way. Without Stepchange I dont think I would be where I am now!!! The Best Phone Call We Ever Made!

After a huge change in circumstances we found ourselves building up debt due to being unable to work. We were worried and didn’t know where to turn. A call to StepChange changed all that - they listened, offered good solid advice and then relived us of the stresses and strains of affording our debt.
